The system
Hurukan is built as five layers. Superintelligence reasons, agentic logic acts within limits, the ontology describes the company, the data layer holds the record, and security and sovereignty make sure the whole stack answers to you.
Top to bottom
The layers are listed from the most visible to the most fundamental. At the top, Super Intelligence supplies the reasoning: reading a document, drafting an answer, comparing three offers, writing a change to the system itself. Below it, Agentic Logic turns that reasoning into work, inside limits a person has written down. The Ontology is the model of the company that the agents act on — what a customer, an order or a contract is, and which rules apply. Data is the record underneath: every customer, item and document stored once. And Security and Sovereignty is the base everything else stands on: who may do what, what was done by whom, and where the whole thing runs.
How a change travels through them
Suppose the company starts selling a service it has never sold before. Somebody describes it in plain language. An agent in the Agentic Logic layer, using a model chosen by the Super Intelligence layer, proposes the new objects and rules for the ontology: the service, its price structure, the approvals it needs. A person reviews the proposal and approves it. The ontology records a new version; the data layer stores the first records against it; the security layer logs who proposed, who approved and what changed. Every module that sells, invoices or reports now knows the new service, because they all read the same model.
That is what “built by agents, not by clicks” means in practice: the system is extended by describing the business, and every extension passes the same path of proposal, approval and record.
What holds it together
One data model and one ontology under every module, and one set of rules about who may approve what. The layers are separate so that each can change at its own pace; they are one system so that nobody has to reconcile them by hand.
- /0.1Super IntelligenceFrontier and local models, routed per task under the company's rules.
- /0.2Agentic LogicDomain agents that act within written limits, with people deciding on critical steps.
- /0.3OntologyThe company's digital model: objects, relations and rules, versioned and growing with the business.
- /0.4DataConnectors and one data model: imports, sync, documents, e-invoicing and office suites in one record.
- /0.5Security and SovereigntyServer-side permissions, an audit of every change, your infrastructure, open source and a written exit.
