Marketing

Marketing runs on the same record as sales and service, so a target account, a campaign response and a qualified lead are the same company seen from different sides. Agents draft, segment and score; people approve what goes out.

Module
  • Target accounts and segments on the shared company directory
  • Content in several languages, versioned and approved
  • Lead scoring with the evidence behind every score
  • A clean handover: lead, qualified, sales

One funnel, one record

In most B2B companies, marketing works from lists exported out of the CRM, and sales works from leads typed back in. Every handover loses something: the campaign a contact responded to, the content they read, the reason they were thought worth calling. In Hurukan the target account, the campaign response and the opportunity are the same company in the same directory, so nothing has to be carried across by hand.

Content that stays approved

Agents draft copy for campaigns, landing pages and emails, in each language you sell in, using the record as their source. Every draft is a version. A person approves the version that goes out, and that approval is logged against the campaign. When a product or a price changes, the agent can list every piece of approved content that mentions it and propose updates, rather than leaving old claims in circulation.

Scoring you can argue with

A score with no reasons is an instruction to trust a number. So every lead score in Hurukan comes with its evidence: the fit, the engagement and the history that produced it. Sales can disagree, override it and say why, and that disagreement is recorded too, which is how the scoring gets better.

Handover without a spreadsheet

When a lead qualifies, it becomes an opportunity in Commerce with its history attached. The salesperson sees what the company read, what it asked and who has spoken to it, without asking marketing for a list.

What the module covers

01

Target accounts

The companies you want to win, kept in the same directory as customers and suppliers, with the contacts, history and fit that make them a target.

02

Campaigns and segments

Segments built from the record rather than exported lists, and campaigns tied to the accounts and leads they produce.

03

Content in several languages

Copy drafted by agents in the languages you sell in, kept in versions, and published only after a person approves the version that goes out.

04

Lead scoring with evidence

Each score lists the signals behind it: fit with the target profile, engagement, history with the company. People can override it, and the override is recorded.

05

Handover to sales

A lead moves from new to qualified to a sales opportunity in commerce without being retyped, with its history attached.

Questions

Who publishes content?

A person. Agents draft, translate and suggest; a person approves the version that is published, and the published version is recorded against the campaign.

How is a lead scored?

From signals in the record: how well the company fits your target profile, how it has engaged, and what history it already has with you. Every score shows its evidence, so it can be argued with and overridden.

How does it work with our email or marketing automation tool?

The design keeps accounts, segments, campaigns and content here. Sending can continue through a tool you already use, connected through the data layer, while you decide whether to move it.
