Commerce

From the first opportunity to the last invoice of a contract, commerce keeps one thread: quotes in variants, offers that keep their versions, framework and call-off contracts, customer orders, milestones and billing schedules, all against one shared directory of companies and contacts.

Module
  • Opportunity pipeline on the shared company directory
  • Quotes in variants, offers with full version history
  • Framework and call-off contracts
  • Milestones and billing schedules linked to finance

One thread from enquiry to invoice

A typical sale passes through four systems: the CRM for the opportunity, a spreadsheet for the quote, the ERP for the order and the accounting system for the invoice. Each handover is a chance to retype something wrongly. In Hurukan the opportunity becomes a quote, the quote becomes an offer, the accepted offer becomes an order, and the order’s billing schedule feeds Finance, without leaving the record.

Quotes that keep their history

Real negotiations produce versions: a different quantity, a shorter lead time, a changed payment term. Agents prepare those variants from the same pricing rules and show where each number came from. Every offer that leaves the company is kept exactly as sent, so any version can be compared with any other, and nobody has to search an outbox to learn what was promised.

Contracts that know what remains

Framework agreements set terms for a period; call-off orders draw on them. Hurukan keeps the two connected, so the remaining volume, value and time of a framework contract are visible at the moment a new order arrives, and an agent can flag an order that would exceed it before anyone confirms it.

How it fits with what you run

Where an existing CRM stays in use while the module is adopted, a connector keeps it consistent with the company and contact directory. Agents prepare quotes, offers and follow-ups; a person approves sending an offer, accepting an order and changing a contract’s terms, and each approval is recorded against the deal. Confirmed orders flow on to Operations and Quality and Inventory and Logistics, and billing schedules to Finance.

What the module covers

01

Opportunity pipeline

Opportunities by stage, owner and value, on the same company records marketing and service use, with the history of every conversation attached.

02

Quotes in variants

Several versions of an answer to one enquiry — different scope, quantity or terms — prepared side by side, with the pricing sources visible.

03

Versioned offers

Every offer sent is kept as it was sent. When the customer asks what changed between the second and the third version, the answer is one click away.

04

Framework and call-off contracts

Framework agreements with their terms and limits, and the call-off orders drawn against them, with what remains always visible.

05

Orders and milestones

Customer orders broken into milestones that operations and projects can deliver against, so the promise and the plan are the same record.

06

Billing schedules

When and how much to invoice, set on the order and handed to finance at the right milestone instead of remembered.

Questions

Can an agent send a quote to a customer?

An agent prepares the quote, in variants if needed, with the prices and terms it used. Sending it is a commitment to a customer, so a person approves it first.

How are contracts and orders connected?

Call-off orders are drawn against their framework contract, so the remaining quantity and value are always current, and the billing schedule follows the order's milestones.

Is the customer record shared with service and finance?

Yes. There is one company and contact directory for the whole system, so commerce sees the open complaints and the overdue invoices, and service sees the contract.
